a bit about me
Upon graduation from the University of California, Los Angeles with a bachelor's degree in psychology and an emphasis in child and adolescent development, I pursued my master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Chapman University in Orange, California. There have been so many major life events that have informed my areas of study. I have pursued additional training in trauma focused work, grief support, as well as domestic violence/abuse. I also have a special place in my heart for young adults navigating their 20s and all the stress that comes with major life decisions such as college/careers/and coupling.
My clients know that my pup is the love of my life. I enjoy reading murder mysteries; listening to jazz and all things music related - I play baritone saxophone, ukulele, and have reestablished my love for piano. I love baking pies, bread, cupcakes, and cookies, and spending time outdoors - running, hiking and backpacking.
