client-centered, collaborative, therapy at your pace
We are always in connection with the world, those around us, and ourselves. As such, it is my aim to explore the ways in which the current problem has become rooted in your life and how it is impacting your most important relationships. From there, we can identify practical tools that you can use to improve each of those relationships. So often, those beautiful parts of us have become overshadowed by the problem -- it is my hope to support each of my clients in understanding how they can lead more authentic and congruent lives.

The therapeutic process can be very daunting to initiate. Everyone should be able to experience a truly nonjudgmental space where the hardest seasons of life can be witnessed, held, and worked through. We all have those precious parts of us that become so hidden by trauma, life circumstances, and change -- let's get back to doing life with those precious parts in clear view.

I approach each case with a trauma informed and attachment based lens, further seeking to understand how the problem has become so entrenched at this time. I also have experience with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), as well as dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) approaches. I have completed the 40 hour Domestic Violence Advocacy Training (DVAT) and have additional experience supporting individuals navigating grief and loss.
